The main Free Fire competition in the world, the Free Fire World Series (FFWS) Final Global , returns to Brazil and will be held in Rio de Janeiro. This is the second time that the Marvelous City hosts the Free Fire World Cup ; the first was in 2019, when Brazil won its first world title.

Receiving the FFWS in Brazil after 5 years brings nostalgia and new challenges for players. In 2023, the Brazilian team Magic Squad won the Free Fire World Cup in Thailand, and now Brazil will have the opportunity to defend the title at home.
Brazilian History in the Free Fire World Cup
Before Magic Squad , only Corinthians FF had won the world title, in 2019, also in Rio de Janeiro. This year, Brazilian teams will have the chance to compete again in Brazil, counting on the fervent support of fans.

The Free Fire World Cup promises to be exciting, with the best teams in the world seeking to immortalize. Free Fire World Series 2024 Format
FFWS 2024 will be divided into three stages: Group Stage, Bonus Race and the Grand Final . The Group Stage will feature 18 participating teams, which will compete to qualify for the Grand Final. The dates for the Group Stage are November 8th, 9th, 10th, 15th, 16th and 17th, with games in Rio Centro and public presence.
On the 22nd and 23rd of November, the Bonus Race will take place at Arena Carioca 1. At this stage, no team will be eliminated, but the teams will play 12 matches to gain advantage points for the Grand Final. The Grand Final of the Free Fire World Cup will be on Sunday, November 24, at Arena Carioca 1, where six matches will be held to define the FFWS 2024 champion team. The public will be able to follow all matches directly from the Arena.
The first team to guarantee a place in the FFWS 2024 was Team Falcons, from Thailand, champions of the Esports World Cup (EWC) held from July 10th to 14th in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. After five days of intense battles, Team Falcons accumulated 106 points with 2 Booyahs and 65 eliminations in the final, taking the champion trophy and a prize of US$300,000.
