TERMS OF USE OF THE COMMENT PLATFORM
These Terms of Use of the comment platform (“Terms of Use”) govern the use of the platform for posting comments (“Comments”) on the website freefiremania.com.br. By using and/or registering on the Platform, the user (“User” or “You”) confirms that they have read and fully understood these Terms of Use and expressly agree to all their terms and conditions.
For the purposes of these Terms of Use, “You” and “User” refer to the reader of FREE FIRE MANIA.
1 – PLATFORM PURPOSE
1.1. Through the website, we provide an interactive platform (“Platform”) that allows Users to publish and store comments (“Comments”) related to the content available on FREE FIRE MANIA.
1.2. The Platform is intended solely for discussion of the content published on the website, for informational and entertainment purposes only, excluding any commercial or advertising use by Users. Comments do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice of any kind.
1.3. Comments posted by You will be identified as authored by You. Anonymous comments are prohibited. Comments are published by FREE FIRE MANIA without prior moderation or editing.
1.3.1. The information provided during registration is the sole responsibility of the User. Providing false information may constitute ideological falsehood. FREE FIRE MANIA is authorized to block access and take legal measures if fraudulent or malicious acts are identified.
1.4. Each section of the website may determine, at its sole discretion, whether comments are allowed and for how long the Platform will remain open for Comments.
2 – REGISTRATION
2.1. To use the Platform, You must register by creating a login and password. If You do not yet have an account, registration is free at https://www.freefiremania.com.br/jogadores.html, providing personal data such as full name, email, Free Fire ID, guild, and Instagram.
2.2. To register independently, You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable. Minors must be represented or assisted by parents or legal guardians, who will be fully responsible for the User’s actions.
2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and password. In case of loss or theft, notify us immediately at admin@freefiremania.com.br.
2.4. FREE FIRE MANIA processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://www.freefiremania.com.br/politica-de-privacidade.html. By accessing the Platform, You agree to the Privacy Policy.
3 – CONDITIONS OF USE
3.1. By using the Platform, You agree to comply with these Terms of Use, applicable laws, and socially acceptable standards.
3.2. The Platform may not be used for illegal activities, harmful actions, system overload, data corruption, automated abuse, or unauthorized data collection.
3.3. It is prohibited to post Comments that are illegal, discriminatory, defamatory, abusive, threatening, pornographic, misleading, commercial, or that violate intellectual property rights.
3.4. FREE FIRE MANIA may remove Comments, block Users, or delete accounts at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
4 – ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS
4.1. By accepting these Terms, You grant FREE FIRE MANIA a free, exclusive, and irrevocable license to use, publish, distribute, and display your Comments.
4.2. Comments may be used for promotional, editorial, or commercial purposes, without limitation of time or territory, and without compensation.
5 – USER RESPONSIBILITY
5.1. The User is solely responsible for the content of their Comments and any damages caused to third parties.
6 – NO LICENSE
6.1. These Terms do not grant any intellectual or industrial property rights beyond use of the Platform as permitted herein.
7 – PERSONAL DATA
7.1. FREE FIRE MANIA processes personal data in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018).
8 – DURATION
8.1. The authorization to use the Platform is granted for an indefinite period and may be suspended at any time.
9 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. Brazilian law applies. The courts of São Paulo are elected to resolve any disputes.
