The long-awaited Free Fire OB44 update will be available from this Wednesday (16th), bringing a series of updates and news for all players of the popular battle royale game, Garena Free Fire .
During the pre-update period, estimated between 01:00 and 02:30 today, players will be able to continue playing the OB43 version normally. However, from 08:30 onwards, you will need to prepare for the change, as the BR/CS classification queues on the OB43 server will be closed to make room for the new version.
Starting at 01:00, the Free Fire OB44 update will begin to be distributed through Google Play and the App Store. Players are encouraged to update the game as soon as possible to enjoy all the improvements and new content, including the Mechadrake event, new role systems, the return of zombie hunting, and much more.

It is important to highlight that during this period, the OB43 server will remain open. This gives players the flexibility to choose between upgrading immediately or continuing on the previous version for a while by deciding to " Update later " when entering the game.
Furthermore, from 03:00 on April 19th, the update will become mandatory. All players must have updated the application to continue playing. Otherwise, they will be forced to go out for updates, even during matches.
