Free Fire Update April 2024: Plasma-X and AUG Upgradable

The long-awaited Free Fire April 2024 update is bringing back the iconic Plasma weapon, now in its new Plasma-X version, and introducing something new for the AUG that will allow players to improve it.
With launch scheduled for April 17, 2024, Plasma-X promises to revolutionize the battlefield with its impressive destructive energy. This weapon, which will be available exclusively in airdrops in normal mode, has the peculiarity of heating up with use. As heat increases, its damage and fire rate improve significantly, peaking when heat power reaches 50%. However, players must be careful, as upon reaching 100% heat, Plasma-X goes into cooldown and becomes temporarily unavailable.
On the other hand, the Free Fire update brings excellent news for AUG fans. For the first time, it will be possible to upgrade this weapon simply by damaging opponents, without the need for upgrade chips. This means that players can power up their AUG until it becomes comparable to powerful air-launched weapons, just based on damage dealt.
The AUG upgrade will occur in stages, requiring 200, 400, and 800 damage to reach the beginner AUG, Upgrade Stage, and Ultimate AUG, respectively. This innovation provides a new dimension to the game, where players' skill and persistence will be rewarded with an even more powerful weapon.
