Garena Free Fire , Battle Royale game produced and distributed by Garena, continues to follow its success story in the world, in May 2021, the game set a revenue record , when players spent around R$ 550 million in inserting diamonds, the main in-game currency purchased with real money.
According to the Sensor Tower platform, Battle Royale Garena Free Fire had its best month for player spending in May, generating approximately R$550 million, an increase of 29.4% compared to April and 19.4% compared to April to its best previous month in March.

The revenue record comes after a successful first quarter in 2021, when the title usurped PUBG Mobile as the top revenue-generating Battle Royale in the US.
