Garena and KADOKAWA have officially revealed new details about Free Fire Daybreak, the definitive title of the anime based on the Free Fire universe. The production is set to premiere worldwide in spring 2027 in the Northern Hemisphere and will feature Kelly as the protagonist, accompanied by characters known to players, such as Hayato and Moco.
The information is part of an official statement sent by the Garena Public Relations team to Free Fire Mania. In addition to the name and release window, the material reveals the story, Kelly's special ability, the studio responsible for the animation, and details of the production team.

Garena Online Private Limited and KADOKAWA CORPORATION announced that the anime adaptation of the popular mobile game Free Fire has officially received the title Free Fire Daybreak.
The series is a co-production made through a joint investment from both companies and is scheduled to premiere in spring 2027. According to the statement, the anime will be streamed and made available globally, including in Japan.
Along with the announcement, the main promotional art for Free Fire Daybreak was also revealed, showcasing some of the characters that will be central to the story.

The story follows Kelly, who wakes up with no memory of her past and becomes involved in the mysterious “Project Bloom”, a project conducted by the powerful Horizon Corporation.
In the official synopsis, Kelly is introduced as a 16-year-old girl who awakens an extraordinary ability called “Limit Break”, capable of unlocking what has been sealed.
As fragments of her past begin to return, Kelly teams up with new allies to uncover the conspiracy involving the Horizon Corporation and confront the forces threatening the future of New Dawn.

Kelly takes center stage in the story, while Hayato and Moco appear by her side as the group prepares for the challenges of New Dawn.
The art also shows, through fragments of glass, a version of Kelly after awakening her special ability, foreshadowing the transformation the protagonist will undergo throughout the series.
