Free Fire announces the game's final Incubator

Those still playing on servers outside Brazil will find the final Incubator of Free Fire, according to an official statement from the game's Operations team released this Wednesday, July 29, 2026.

This change marks the definitive end of the system, which had already been removed in Brazil on March 17 due to the adaptation of Free Fire to the Felca Law. In other servers, the Incubator was still available.

Final Incubator arrives in Free Fire

In the statement, the Free Fire Operations team states that, after years, the Incubator will be closed in the game. The message acknowledges that the change may affect players who have accumulated Projects and Evolution Stones over time.

To lessen this impact, all Projects stored in the Vault have been automatically converted into Universal Projects. These items can be used in the Final Incubator event.

The final Incubator of Free Fire was released on July 29, 2026, with automatic conversion of old Projects into Universal Projects for use in the final event.

What changes for those with Projects and Stones

The main change is in the accumulated Projects. Previously, each Incubator used specific Projects tied to the theme of the roulette. Now, according to the statement, the existing Projects in the Vault have been transformed into a universal version.
