Q1: How does Free Fire define cheating?
Using any unauthorized third party programs that are not released by Garena, Modifying the game client or playing in a modified game APK to use functions that do not exist in the official game.
Q2: I saw cheats / new scripts in a game. How do I report?
Please use the Report function in the game. This is the official channel and all reports will be reviewed.
Q3: Is Free Fire able to detect cheaters (hackers)?
Yes, we are capable. We are detecting and banning cheaters every day. We are also constantly updating our anti-hack features to detect the latest hacks.
Q4: How does Free Fire punish cheaters?
Free Fire has a zero tolerance policy against cheating. we’ll permanently ban accounts used to cheat. Devices used to cheat will also be prohibited from playing Free Fire again using other accounts.
Q5: Since Free Fire bans hackers' accounts, why not also ban IP? How will Free Fire handle cheaters using guest accounts?
The IP ban is not an effective measure, as cheaters can use public Wi-Fi, in which case the IP ban will affect other innocent players.
We are aware of the exploitation of the guest account and are continuously working to combat this breach. We are currently banning accounts immediately after misconduct. This makes cheating using guest accounts relatively meaningless.
Q6: In addition to banning hacker accounts, does Free Fire have preventive measures against hackers?

Q7: I never use hacks or scripts. Why was my account banned?
All banned accounts showed strong evidence of cheating. Make sure you gave someone else access to your account to play.
Make sure to only play on the Free Fire APK downloaded from authorized app stores (see Q20 ). Using Apks from unauthorized sources may result in the account being banned. Refer to Q18 to see if your third party software is violating the rules.

No. Do not share your account information with anyone.
Q9: Is it true that accounts with Diamond refills will not be banned?
No. We treat all accounts fairly. All accounts found to be fraudulent will be banned.
Q10: Why are influencer and streamer accounts not banned, but not mine?
We treat all accounts fairly, with no special treatment for influencers / streamers. All accounts found with evidence of cheating will be banned permanently.
Q11: I bought this account from someone without knowing that it had already been used to cheat. Now the account has been banned, can it be banned?
No. Please do not get involved in account trading.
Q12: I follow the rules, but my account is being reported for hacking. Will I be banned?
All reports are carefully investigated. We only ban accounts when we have evidence of cheating.
Q13: What happens if a (random) teammate from my SQUAD cheats?
Our system can differentiate between a match with friends and with random players who play with a cheating teammate. We only ban accounts with evidence of intentional cheating.
Q14: Why doesn't Free Fire take legal action against sellers, streamers and hacker promoters?
We have a procedure for removing hacker promotion materials from YouTube and Facebook. This will be improved continuously. We are also looking at malicious activity in other media.
Q15: Someone stole my Facebook account, and when I recovered my account, my FF account was banned. Can you unban the account?
No, we cannot be sure if the cheat was the result of an account being stolen or intentionally conducted by the player. Keep your account login information secure. To ensure fairness to all players, we will not "unban" accounts that have been found to have evidence of cheating.
Q16: Can I pay Diamonds to "unban" my account?
No. An account banned for cheating will not be "unbanned" under any circumstances.
Q17: Garena says that third party software / applications are not allowed. What is the definition of third party software / apks / etc for Garena Free Fire?
The software that opens the APK, reverse engineer, disassemble or hack the services (or any part of it), in addition to breaking the encryption technology or security measures implemented by Garena in relation to the services and / or data transmitted, processed or stored by Garena.
Q18: Can I exploit a bug that already exists in the game?
