The 28th ranked season of Free Fire was scheduled to end this Friday (5th), but Garena decided to postpone its end by 7 days. Due to this change, the new season of Battle Royale will only restart on the next August 12th , as well as player ranks and scores .

In general, the changes only happen in the classic mode (Battle Royale), in turn, in the Contra Squad mode, the end of the season date remains kept for September 22, 2022 .

Season 28 of the Ranked Battle Royale mode is coming to an end, consequently, the 25th is fast approaching and players are very excited about its eventual arrival at Free Fire.

As previously stated, the current Free Fire season was scheduled to end on August 5th , that is, this Friday at 4:00 am . However, it was postponed and will now be restarted only on August 12th, also on a Friday. It is worth remembering that players will have their ranks reduced.

It is worth mentioning that the 29th Free Fire season will start on the same day and, as with all other seasons, it is likely to last around two months. Also, once it starts, users will have the best opportunity to advance through ranks as they wouldn't face much competition in the early stages of the season.
