The 5th Season of Contra Squad has come to an end and the 6th Season is now available starting this Wednesday (14th). With the end of the current season, players' patents will be cleared and they will receive rewards based on the highest category reached by them.

According to the update notes, Contra Squad Ranked 6th Season will begin on April 15, 2021, and end on June 10, 2021, at Garena Free Fire.

As in all other seasons, players will receive an exclusive skin reward for reaching a specific rank. This season, Garena will offer players the exclusive Golden M500 to achieve Gold Patent III or higher in CS mode.

Once the patents are zeroed, this provides players with the perfect opportunity to increase their patents, since most will start on a similar patent.

Contra Squad mode changes with April 2021 update (OB27)

Numerous changes have been made, especially in the Contra Squad mode in the April 2021 update (OB27). Some of the essential changes made in this mode are:

Dynamic Store

In the 6th season of Contra Squad, there will be several sets of stores that will offer a change to players. The following stores were revealed by the developers:

  • Alpha Store
  • Beta Store
  • Shop Range
  • Delta Store
  • Nebulosa Store (Casual only)

Remastered Bermuda

Remastered Bermuda will be available in Contra Squad mode.

MVP display

With the OB27 update, the MVP for each team will now be displayed in this mode

Weapon Accessories

Weapon and accessories will be permanently attached in Contra Squad mode.

Dynamic Area

The gas zone (circle) will be slightly different in each round.
