The Free Fire ranked season restarted today at 4 am and since then many players have been unable to play ranked matches.

Every time the season restarts, it takes some time to release the ranked mode, giving the following error:

This mode is not yet open.

What time will you be able to play ranked again? In a few hours it is possible to return to play, but there is a way that allows the most hurried players to enter the ranked matches immediately, just uninstall the Purgatory map , see:

Go to settings in the mesh in the upper right corner;
Access the "Others" tab;
In Download Center , click "Reveal";
Close the settings and notice that a "cloud" appeared at the top of the screen, right in the middle, it is the Download Center;
In the Download Center, click on the trash can next to Purgatory to delete;

Okay, the Purgatory Map has been successfully uninstalled, now just play ranked normally!
