The Free Fire August 2021 Update, also known as the 4th Anniversary Update, was released today, August 4, 2021, at 10:30 am EDT. As the servers are now up and running, Free Fire players can go into the game to take advantage of the new features that have been introduced.

5 Most Interesting Features Released in 4th Anniversary 2021 Update
The Free Fire 4th Anniversary Update features the following cool features:
1) New characters
Players were expecting the release of new characters as part of the 4th anniversary celebration and, of course, Free Fire introduced two new characters, Dimitri and Thiva .
Dimitri's and Thiva's abilities are Heal Slam and Slam Raising, respectively. While Dimitri creates a 3.5m healing zone to allow players to heal, Thiva increases players' rescue speed by 5% to up to 20%.
2) New game mode
A new x1 game mode, Gladiators FF , is coming this Thursday (5) on Free Fire. A new map called Iron Cage is also being introduced for this new mode. Players previewed Lone Wolf mode via the OB29 Advanced Server. Free Fire players who are playing solo games can't wait to try it out.
3) New AC80 weapon
The new sniper rifle has a feature called Piercing Shots that will ensure that every second damage is more deadly than the first. The base damage that can be inflicted with the weapon is 50 and the rate of fire is 0.45. Players can attach a muzzle, fist and stock to it.
4) New Wheat Master Pet
The 4th Anniversary Update revealed a new pet called Wheat Master . This pet's ability is called Tongue Rolling and is capable of reducing the duration of enemies' human marking abilities.
5) Improvements in Contra Squad
The new Season 8 of Contra Squad will start on August 5, 2021. Players holding Gold III or any rating above will receive the “ AN94 Gold ”. Mobile players will now be able to request items that can be added directly to their inventory. This feature is available for Casual and Ranked Contra Squad matches.
