Garena issued a statement about the new type of banning of Free Fire accounts, according to the developer of Battle Royale, players can have their devices banned for 2 days and thus not be able to play modes in teams or ranked.

As per the announcement made on social media, players can be banned for up to 2 days if they deliberately play with hackers. In other words, users who team up with cheaters to rank up will be suspended as a form of warning to stop the procedure.

Additionally, players will receive a notice in the in-game mail to stop playing with hackers on their team, and if the notice is ignored, they will be banned for 2 days.

We've noticed that certain players have been teaming up with cheaters to raise the rank in an irregular manner. To ensure the fair game that is the face of Free Fire , we have fine-tuned our security system to punish accounts that exhibit this type of behavior.

  • ➡ If an account cooperates with cheaters during some matches on the same day, a warning message will be sent to in-game mail to stop this behavior. ⁣
  • ➡ If the warning is ignored and the account continues to cooperate with cheaters, the account may be banned from playing in ranked modes or team modes for 2 (two) days.
  • ➡ If an account cooperates with cheaters during many matches on the same day, in addition to the account being blocked from playing team modes for 2 (two) days. ⁣

Cheaters and cheats get in the way of everyone's experience and we need to work together to eliminate this behavior from Frifas. We ask for the support and partnership of all Free Fire players to ensure the most authentic, fun and engaging experience for our dear little game.
