The next Free Fire update is coming and the Advanced Server is open from this Thursday (8) with unprecedented news about the content that will be available from May 25. Among the novelties, a totally new and unprecedented map will be released in Garena 's Battle Royale, this is Santiago .

The last map, Alpine , was released in early 2022. Since then, players have been eagerly waiting for a new map. Recently, leaks have surfaced indicating that a new map may be coming soon, thus ending the long wait for players.

According to exclusive sources from Free Fire Mania , the largest Free Fire portal in the world with more than 10 million monthly views, a new map called Santiago will be released in the game soon. Additionally, a new image of the first glimpse of the map can be seen. This sparked interest and stoked curiosity in the minds of players.

Although the new Santiago map can be downloaded as a Minimap from the Free Fire Download Center, it is not yet available to play, not even through the Advanced Server.

Now, despite the image containing only a small part of the new Santiago map, players can view something that has always been highly requested in Free Fire, a map within a city.

In the image, it is possible to see the new Santiago map on Free Fire surrounded by houses, streets, shops, church, park, gas station, swimming pool, park, power wires, antennas and other items common to a small urban city.

In addition, according to Free Fire Mania sources, it is possible that the new Santiago map will only be used in a new “ Path of Stones ” mode that will soon be available in Garena's Battle Royale.
