Free Fire Continental Series: Garena Announces Substitute for World 2020 (FFCS)

FFMANIA

With the participation of the best Free Fire teams in the world, Garena announces the Free Fire Continental Series ( FFCS ), the game's main international tournament for 2020. The competition will take place entirely online and will have a total prize pool of US $ 300,000 for each region : Americas; Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) and Asia.

For security reasons , FFCS will replace the face-to-face world cup 2020 ( Free Fire World Series ), reinforcing Garena's commitment to bringing more content to the community. In addition to the competition, players will also have in-game events with the FFCS theme that will bring exclusive rewards.

FFCS teams

The FFCS will consist of three regional tournaments, held simultaneously: the Free Fire Americas Series , with the best players from the Brazil and LATAM regions; the Free Fire Asia Series , with the presence of the best athletes from Chinese Taipei, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam and other markets in the region; and finally the Free Fire EMEA Series , which brings together players from Europe, Russia, the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

Following the format of six falls on three maps (Bermuda, Purgatory and Kalahari), each regional tournament will start on November 21 and end on the 28th and 29th of the same month, varying the day according to the region. The scoring system will follow by running points, obtained for each slaughter and the position of the table at the end of the fall.

Community events

The FFCS will replace the game world, but Free Fire players will not be without an event.

During the Free Fire Continental Series , several in-game events will be announced, exclusive to the FFCS theme.

More details about the FFCS will be announced in the coming months.
