Every day thousands of accounts that use cheating are being suspended from Free Fire. Although the terms "hack" and "hacker" are popular, they do not express what these things really are. These third-party APKs, software, macros are nothing more than cheating, and those who use these resources to spoil others' games are cheaters. We will spare no effort to eliminate this type of behavior from our beloved Free Fire.

We want to explain better to you how we deal with cheating and cheaters. After our last update on April 8, our Anti-Cheat System sounded the alarm that there were a lot of cheaters in the game. This was confirmed by your comments, which also told us that the number of cheaters in the matches had grown.

We have increased our Anti-Cheat team and we are fully dedicated to finding out what would be allowing these cheats to work in the game and how to override and block them, suspending cheating accounts along the way. We received the complaints you made at the end of the match, monitored and suspended more than 700,000 cheating accounts reported by you.

In addition, we mobilized all teams to search for new software and codes used to cheat, even those that were not common or that no one had even reported. During this process, we understand better how cheaters do to circumvent security - and we also understand how to prevent them from continuing. Our new Anti-Cheat System has suspended more than 3.8 million accounts that used third-party software and cheating APKs.

For us, this is still not enough. As we search for new codes, we are also improving our security barriers within Free Fire. Soon, creating accounts to continue cheating and hindering everyone’s fun will become a thing of the past.

This first step has been taken, but this is only the beginning. We will continue to hunt down cheaters and improve our defenses. They may even run to update the cheats, but we'll be faster.

Free Fire and Garena do not admit cheaters. Using cheats in the game is subject to permanent account suspension. An account suspended for evidence of cheating will not be reactivated under any circumstances.

So, continue to report the cheaters at the end of the game and be careful not to share your account or cell phone information with strangers. In the meantime, you can enjoy a fairer and more fun Free Fire for everyone.

To the next.
