1,225,509 accounts banned on Free Fire for using hacks in the last two weeks

More than half of the banned players were reported by other players during matches.

Free Fire is one of the most popular Battle Royale games on the mobile platform and has enjoyed tremendous success since its launch. The game recently became the highest grossing title for the seventh consecutive quarter in Southeast Asia and Latin America. It also achieved this feat for the second consecutive quarter in Brazil.

According to a report by Sensor Tower, Free Fire was the third most downloaded game in April.

Despite its success, the game has many problems in the form of cheaters and hackers.

To counter the threat of such cheaters, the developers of Free Fire have created an "anti-hack " system that detects and bans players who use hacks in the game.

According to a recent report, Free Fire has banned a total of 1,225,509 accounts for cheating in the past two weeks. 51% of these accounts were banned as a result of player complaints.

Below is a detailed report on the percentage of hacking software used by Free Fire cheaters in the past two weeks:

• 75.4% of banned accounts used automatic aiming (auto-aim), which helps to aim at the enemy's head without much effort.
• 14.7% were suspended due to teleportation hacks. These hacks are used to quickly travel from one location to another.
• 8.9% of banned accounts used wallhacks, which helps players to shoot at walls and other solid objects.
• The remaining 1% was banned for using other hacks, such as character or area modifications.

Along with this report, the developers stated that they have improved their methods of detecting fraud and anti-hack. They revealed that they have launched a new banning policy that is committed to providing a fair and fun experience for all Free Fire players.
